Football legend Paul Gascoigne walks away from a shop as he is tackled by staff over an unpaid bottle of red wine.
Gazza, 52, left a Little Waitrose store at London’s King’s Cross Station with the plonk and was followed by a security guard and a manager.
The ex-England star, who has battled alcoholism and drug issues, said he was sorry – then went back inside.
It was just after midday. A witness told the Sunday Mirror: “I walked into the shop then saw Gazza outside.
“He walked in behind another man who picked a bottle of red wine up from a shelf and headed towards the checkouts.
